This course focuses on planning and covers four unit standards that may be completed with or without assessment:
- U/S 242811 – Prioritise time and work for self and team
- U/S 242813 – Explain the contribution made by own area of responsibility to the overall organisational strategy
- U/S 242817 – Solve problems, make decisions, and implement solutions
- U/S 242822 – Employ a systematic approach to achieving objectives
These unit standards form part of the FETC: Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification (SAQA ID: 57712). On successful completion you would obtain credits and will be able to apply for exemptions should you want to complete the full qualification.
