This course forms part of a skills programme for the Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification.

This online short course about leading teaches you the fundamentals of leadership theories and motivational models in order to become a more effective team leader. It has been proven that good leaders get better results from their teams.

This course is aligned to the following unit standards may be completed with or without assessment:

  • U/S 11473 – Manage individual and team performance.
  • U/S 242819 – Motivate and build a team.
  • U/S 242821 – Identify responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organisational standards are met.
  • U/S 242824 – Apply leadership concepts in a work context.

These unit standards form part of the FETC: Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification (SAQA ID: 57712). On successful completion you would obtain credits and will be able to apply for exemptions should you want to complete the full qualification.

Instalment Payments

You will be required to pay a minimum deposit to enrol, followed by a predetermined number of instalments of equal value.
