Sonja Trautman has been in a Learning & Development Specialist role since 2004 and worked for many years within the Long- and Short-Term Insurance environment, with creative ideas when it comes to product application and leadership strategies. She has a solid history of occupationally directed education, training and development practices, and the unique ability to get people involved and motivated on many levels. Motivator, out of the box thinker, inspirational with strong supporting skills combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organisational as well as personal goals.
