Coaching and Mentoring
What do you do when employees who have potential but, are not quite performing? Monetary incentives can only work for so long. Eventually motivation or rewarding behaviour is not the solution – people need assistance with growth.
This course will teach you how to better coach and mentor people to a higher performance level. Coaching is a process of relationship building and setting goals. How well you coach relates directly to how well you are able to foster a great working relationship with people through understanding and strategic goal setting.
Mentoring differs from coaching in that it is more long-term and focuses on guidance and advice. There is a place for both coaching and mentoring in the workplace.
