An MBA and BA(Ed) graduate, Esmé states people as her passion and having a positive influence on the growth and learning of others as her purpose.
Starting out as a teacher, a national trainer and now facilitator and material developer, Esmé aspires to show people how to apply what they know, and to assist them in discovering new things about themselves and the world of work which they operate in.
On a professional level, Esmé finds that interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, diversity and change management are not only fascinating phenomena, but are also interesting concepts to study, observe and teach. On a personal level, Esmé enjoys the company of music, books, people and chocolates.
