If you’ve ever felt disorganised, frustrated and like you weren’t coping, then it is likely that you weren’t managing your time effectively.
Time management is the process of taking control of small areas of your life that can make big changes in ensuring you effectively use the 24 hours given to you in a day.
There are many benefits to managing your time, from creating more capacity in your life to do the things you really want to do, to being less stressed because you have your tasks under control.
This course will give you practical ways to approach tasks and to organise your time so that you can be more productive and relaxed. You will also be exposed to insights from Harvard University lecturers, authors and industry experts such as Terri Wagner and Tal Ben-Shahar.
