The National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices (ODETDP) is a mid-level qualification in the field of training and development. It is a valuable starting point for those who have been practicing in the field without formal accreditation.
This bundle is specifically for people with no experience who would like to start a career in the Occupationally Directed Education and Training Industry.
To help you understand the National Qualifications Framework and the education industry, the programme will start with the skills assessor and design and develop course (u/s 115753 & u/s 115755), after which you will start with the ODETDP National Certificate. During this period, you will also do the facilitator unit standard 117178 which is built into the course.
Once you have completed the ODETDP National Certificate, you will move on to the moderator unit standard 115759.
