Ronel is passionate about training and has been involved in Human Capital Development since 2001. Ronel is a member of the AT(SA) Conduct and Compliance Committee and has been involved with presenting the content of SAICA’s AT(SA) programme since 2008. Ronel is an accredited assessor with FASSET.
Since 2005 she has applied her skills in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to support and ensure that students are able to overcome their blocks to success by assisting them with developing new habits, beliefs and skills that have led them to academic, personal, and professional success.
Ronel has a passion for assisting people to break through their current circumstances in order to achieve their potential. She understands that training and interactions are most successful when you meet people in their model of the world.
