WRSETA RPL capacitation project

The objective of this project is to appoint a Service Provider to capacitate twelve (12) W&RSETA Accredited Training Providers to offer RPL Assessments in the Wholesale and Retail sector.

Through the LMS and online sessions, Chartall will provide guidance to the selected training providers on:

1. how to update and align their RPL policy to the W&RSETA RPL policy;

2. how to customise and utilise the W&RSETA RPL toolkit;

3. the process of facilitating RPL, from application from application, diagnostic assessment, gap training / gap identification plan for evidence gathering and final summative assessments;

4. how to register learners as well as upload RPL assessments onto the W&RSETA indicium system;

5. how to design and develop RPL assessments tools
