This learning programme is designed for working adults who want to make a career as a trainer and assessor and/or moderator. It covers facilitation (u/s 117871), assessing (u/s 115753), assessment tool design (u/s 115755) and moderating (u/s 115759) unit standards to get you qualified as a trainer, assessor and moderator in the occupational training sector.
This learning programme has been designed to address both classroom and online facilitation and assessment methodologies, thereby making it an excellent choice for facilitators and assessors who plan to use multiple modes of delivery and assessment.
This bundle covers the following unit standards:
115753: Conduct outcomes-based assessments in combination with unit standard 115755: Design and develop outcomes-based assessments.
117871: Facilitate learning using a variety of given methodologies
115759: Conduct moderation of outcomes-based assessments
Note that the assessor unit standards are delivered first, followed by facilitator and then moderator. This is to enable you to start assessing as soon as you can. Learners who have completed some assessments prior to starting the moderator course have more context.
