Kirshni Naidoo joined us for one of our ETD courses and had the following to say about her experience:

“I will always remember the excitement when first registering through Chartall College for the ‘design and conducting assessment’ modules. As a single mother of three, I knew that I needed to supplement my income and I knew that achieving fully competent status in these modules would create that opportunity for me.

It was not as easy as I thought it would be, it took dedication and hard work. The college’s structured approach and ease of conducting the studies online allowed flexibility in my busy schedule. There were times when I wanted to give up however one of the educators and Head of ETD Faculty Sonja Trautman would not allow me to. As much as she requested quality work and adherence to the required standard she would motivate me and provide guidelines to make me believe that I can go on. Her display of true passion in developing others has reinforced my own personal goals and dreams of wanting to uplift others.
