Description
The ability to sell is a critical skill. Whether you work for someone else, own your own business, or even work in a role where you never interact with customers, top sales skills are incredibly useful. This course will help you develop effective selling skills and teach you proven techniques to make yourself an indispensable asset to any company.
This short, online skills programme shares valuable lessons from key thought leaders in sales, and includes valuable CrossKnowledge ™ lessons from Butch Bellah, a leading sales trainer and coach; Prof Michael Solomon of Saint Joseph University in America and Shep Hyken, a UK-based customer service and experience expert, professional speaker and best-selling author.
Under the expert guidance of your Chartall e-lecturer, Dr Karen Deller you will be led on a journey as we unpack the sales process – from prospecting, getting to know your customer’s needs and your products benefits, planning and delivering an effective sales presentation, handling objections and closing deals. The course ends with a summary of the skills and attitudes you need to become a super sales person.
This course is aligned to two unit standards, making up 15 credits, which are drawn from the National Certificate in Generic Management (NQF 5). These can be formally assessed for the award of these 15 national credits at an additional cost.
