Anne is a seasoned banker with over 20 years’ experience gleaned from working in various departments and job roles within a large banking group. Anne has a wealth of knowledge on how the banking systems work, how customers think, how banks make money, how they design products and services and how they match them to client’s need. She has a passion for people and training and has spent the last five years of her career passing on her knowledge to learners. Anne will teach you customer service, banking processes and the value of hard work. She guide and nudges her learners to success.
