
The Ladybugz journey began long before the business was established. Since she was a youngster, Noleen, the founder, had been intrigued with the Volkswagen Beetle car and wanted one that’s painted red with black dots - one that resembles its namesake, the lady beetle. In those years, the closest she could get to owning her dream car was a glass sweetie jar shaped like a VW Beetle, gifted by her late mom, which she treasured as a life lesson and inspiration to always follow her heart and never give up on her dreams. The passion for the Ladybugz brand was always there, and the concept for the business was developed around knowing the importance of making money while staying true to oneself along the way.
Noleen’s solid financial experience helped her navigate her way through the corporate space until she found the one thing that makes her tick - Marketing. Humble by nature, she didn’t realise that she had a knack for spotting opportunities in the marketplace while building relations with clients until her then-manager nudged her to leverage her talents and pursue a career as a marketing specialist. She’s always been focussed on B2B marketing with a financial cap on to help businesses identify ideas that will result in revenue and profits.
