One of the trending issues in real estate training and development is the need for ongoing professional development and upskilling. The real estate industry is constantly changing, and agents need to stay up to date with the latest laws, regulations, and technologies. Continuous training and development programs, such as CPD (Continuing Professional Development), can ensure that agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality service to their clients. So we want to show them what the latest talk is on legislative requirements and our recommendations in this regard.
Another issue is the move towards online learning and virtual training platforms. With the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increased demand for online training and development programs for real estate agents. As a result, training providers have had to adapt and offer virtual training options to meet this demand. Many inhouse trainers have to travel to get to the agents, or the agents have to travel to training. We are at the forefront of online, hybrid and or in person training and can save infrastructure, travel and out of office time due to travel arrangements and logistics.
Finally, there is a growing need for more specialized training in areas such as property valuation, finance, and legal aspects of real estate. This is particularly important as South Africa continues to experience economic challenges and a fluctuating property market. We can assist by building or offering something bespoke.
Overall, training and development in the real estate industry is critical to ensure that agents and businesses in South Africa are equipped to provide quality service to their clients and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. This is where our entrepreneurial, finance and or marketing training comes in. We can assist the agents to have the edge on their competitors.
