      About the Host

      Greg Culhane (CAIB(SA), Fellow of the Institute of Bankers (FIBSA), Dip. International Financial Management, B. Com (UCT), MBA (WITS Business School) has been involved in the banking industry in South Africa since 1976. Having worked through most areas of the bank, he specialised in Credit and later Relationship Management, seeing the symbiotic relationship between the two disciplines.

      Greg has trained credit risk assessment and relationship management in 22 countries, most notably in Australia and Singapore.

      Greg developed CredAssist, a programme that automatically analyses financial statements and produces a comprehensive report on risk and risk mitigation instantaneously (www.cred-assist.com).

      He currently runs a full NQF Level 5 Qualification in Business Banking online through Chartall Business College.

      Greg Culhane is the Managing Director of Culhane Consulting.

      He has been in banking for over 42 years of which 25 years of those have been in training. He has conducted training all over Africa, in 22 countries including southern Asia, Singapore and Australia. He is a fellow of the Institute of Bankers of South Africa and has an international diploma in Financial Management.

      He also has a BCom degree from UCT and an MBA from Wits University.
