This course explores the importance of workplace culture and diversity as well as how to get the best out of your teams for improved performance and customer service. Identify your strengths and weaknesses and those of your teams through carefully curated lessons and activities.
This course is accredited and aligned to unit standard 7791: Display cultural awareness in dealing with customers and colleagues and 10135: Work as a project team member. Exemptions for these unit standards will be available on completion of the full qualification.
