This course forms part of a skills programme for the Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification.

Two important areas of company management are controlling and ethics. Managing a budget, managing service levels, and acting in an ethical way contributes to the effective running of a company and directly impacts the bottom line.

This course covers the following unit standards and may be completed with or without assessment:

  • U/S 242810 – Manage expenditure against a budget
  • U/S 242815 – Apply the organisation’s code of conduct in a work environment
  • U/S 242829 – Monitor the level of service to a range of customers

 

These unit standards form part of the FETC: Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification (SAQA ID: 57712). On successful completion you would obtain credits and will be able to apply for exemptions should you want to complete the full qualification.
