People often assume that conflict is always negative, but this is not true. People are inherently different, and conflict simply happens when those differences come to light. It is therefore an important skill to be able to create an atmosphere in which to resolve conflict, gain a mutual understanding, and find common ground to build positive energy, relationships and goodwill.
This course will enable you to maximise the positive outcomes of the problem at hand. We will take you through the conflict resolution process, help you to explore and understand the differences between people, and use these differences to interact and communicate in a more positive, productive way.
