One or more entrepreneurs who want to develop a product or service for which they believe there is market demand found startups. By their nature, startups tends to be shoestring operations, with initial funding from the founders or their friends and families. Pre-startup means entrepreneurs that intend to start a business and have some business ideas or concepts for which they believe there is market demand.

  • personal branding skills, the basics of marketing, acquiring essential sales skills and how to use social media for marketing purposes
  • the importance of negotiation and networking skills and the legislation and regulations that small and emerging businesses must adhere to.
