Welcome to the Diversity and Teams Course

Working within a Diverse team greatly improves a team’s problem-solving abilities.  The more diverse your team is the more opportunities you’ll have to approach a problem from many different angles.  On the other hand, teams made of up of members with very similar backgrounds and outlooks, are more likely to approach a problem from a similar viewpoint, limiting the number of potential outcomes. In this course we will cover the importance of diversity, cultural awareness and working in teams.

This course covers U/S 7791 and 10135 towards the Business Administration NQF Level 4 qualification.
