This course forms part of a skills programme for the Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification.
You will learn about business activities, core functions, and support roles, how to conduct effective meetings, and maximise your organisational structure. Having well organised teams and procedures will lead to increased efficiency and output across your organisation.
This course covers the following three unit standards may be completed with or without assessment:
- Unit Standard 242814 – Identify and explain the core and support functions of an organisation
- Unit Standard 242816 – Conduct a structured meeting
- Unit Standard 242818 – Describe the relationship of junior management to other roles
These unit standards form part of the FETC: Generic Management NQF Level 4 qualification (SAQA ID: 57712). On successful completion you would obtain credits and will be able to apply for exemptions should you want to complete the full qualification.
