This course has been designed to give you the basic tools and skills you will need to tap into this motivation and then build a successful team.
We explore the different aspects of a team, what makes up a team and the factors that make a team a success. From the different types of teams, team dynamics, building relationships to developing cohesion in diverse teams, solving problems and encouraging teamwork.

This short course is aligned to U/S 252037 – Build teams to achieve goals and objectives. Students who choose to undergo assessment will receive 6 credits towards the National Certificate in Generic Management (NQF 5).
