A Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, said “the only thing that is constant is change”. That is probably more true now than in 500 BC when he said it.
Change is an unavoidable constant in our working and personal lives. Sometimes the change is within our control, but most often it’s not. Things are changing from technology, to travel, to education and the workplace. So, we need to take up the challenge and start to learn how to cope with change.
Remember : you don’t need to change, survival is certainly not compulsory. But if you want to survive you need to learn to change.Why should I do this course?
