Announcement – Merger of Chartall Business College with Workforce Holdings

      Merger

We are thrilled to announce that Chartall Business College has joined the Workforce Holdings Limited (“Workforce”) group as part of their Training Cluster.

Workforce is a human capital services company listed on the AltX board of The Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited and operates, through its various subsidiaries, in the fields of staffing & outsourcing, training & consulting and financial services & healthcare.

We are excited by the complementary nature of our respective businesses from a training perspective. The merger bolsters our drive towards the expansion and growth of the Chartall Business College brand whilst aligning with Workforce’s vision of diversifying and growing their business offering. We believe that the combined entities will gravitate over time to “best practice” services which will be to the benefit of all stakeholders concerned.

It is encouraging to us that Workforce shares our vision of the immense opportunity in this industry segment, both in South Africa and beyond our borders.

We look forward to this new journey together and are elated at the possibilities that it offers.

Please feel free to engage with us directly with any questions that you may have.
